LightComm made a powerful impact at the National Ploughing Championships 2024, with our stand attracting significant footfall throughout the three-day event. As one of the most eagerly anticipated agricultural shows in Ireland, this year’s event was exceptionally busy, with thousands of visitors flocking to the exhibition grounds.
Our stand was a hive of activity, showcasing an extensive range of products, including two-way radio equipment, Oliver safety footwear, and cutting-edge Crawer lighting solutions for tractors and machinery. Visitors were particularly drawn to the impressive displays of New Holland, John Deere, and Fastrac 155 tractors, which formed the centrepiece of the stand, illustrating how LightComm’s products integrate seamlessly with industry-leading equipment.
Among the exciting new products introduced was the Oliver Footwear 45 Series with a composite toe cap, offering top-tier safety and comfort for those working in the toughest environments. The Oliver Footwear Gazebo, a dedicated space for showcasing this innovative footwear range, proved to be a hit with visitors, with many eager to explore the collection, try on the boots and learn more about its benefits.
On the lighting front, the Crawer CR-1068 Corner Lights for New Holland TM and 60 Series tractors were a introduced at the show. These corner lights, known for their reliability and superior performance, were displayed along with a fully-equipped cab, giving attendees the opportunity to experience the quality of Crawer Lights in a real-world setting.
We also introduced our expanded line of Purelux lightbars and spotlights, which caught the attention of farmers and contractors seeking durable, high-performance lighting solutions for long work hours. Additionally, the new Lumonite Pixel V2 Headtorch, designed for hands-free use in challenging conditions, proved popular among those needing compact and powerful personal lighting.
In addition to the lighting and safety solutions, we proudly showcased a range of two-way radio equipment, designed to enhance communication in agricultural and industrial settings. Visitors were impressed by the functionality and rugged design of these radios, perfect for maintaining clear and reliable communication across large farming operations.
One of the main attractions at our stand, was the Tug of War competition attached to the front of the New Holland tractor. This fun, interactive game sparked excitement and competitive spirit among the visitors, drawing crowds as teams tested their strength.
The stand also featured our Exhibition Trailer, offering visitors a space to engage with the team and view products. Surprisingly it also offered respite from the sun which was constant for the 3 day event. The combination of the exhibition trailer, tractors, and gazebo created a dynamic and interactive environment, drawing a constant flow of visitors eager to explore what LightComm had to offer.
Overall, the National Ploughing Championships 2024 was a tremendous success for us. The stand was consistently busy, with visitors eager to learn more about the new products and solutions on offer. The combination of live demonstrations, interactive displays, exciting product launches, and the Tug of War challenge ensured that LightComm’s stand left a great impression.
